📦 Delivery & Return Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order:

1. Product Check at Delivery:
   Please open and inspect the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Product:
   If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may return it free of charge immediately. The issue must be shown to the delivery person, and clear photos must be sent to our official page.


3. Change of Mind Return:
   If there is no issue with the product and you still wish to return it, the delivery charge must be paid by the customer, and the return must be completed while the delivery person is present.


4. No Complaints After Delivery:
   Any complaint made after the delivery person has left will not be accepted.


5. No Return After Acceptance:
   Once the product is received and the delivery person leaves, no return or exchange will be allowed.
